Embark on a new approach to exercise with this single one hour session. We will send you a link to a comprehensive health history questionnaire, settle on a time to meet, then get to work on designing the very best program for you.

We will analyze your posture, your gait, your range of motion, strength and balance. You will then be guided through a total body routine that includes exercises that are targeted to your personal goals and needs. After, we will send you the exercises and a suggested schedule to use moving forward with or without our help!
