Online Private Exercise Training
You need not live in New York City to work with Coach Kim and our other exercise experts. We need only an internet connection to work together via Skype, Facetime or Google Hangout. Sign up here or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We work with dozens of clients throughout the United States. Most online exercise sessions are 30 minutes in length, but we can schedule blocks of time of any length. You also get your workouts in writing with suggested moves and adjustments each week.
