Founded in 1997, inSHAPE Fitness has helped thousands of people. No two bodies are the same, which is why no two programs are the same. We learn as much about you as you are willing to offer, then design your regimen to suit your goals, schedule, body type, age, and willingness to experiment as you progress. Our private exercise and corporate wellness clients receive access to our online workout module, inMOTION, and receive tips and other helpful giveaways each month. 

Coach Kim Watkins

Kim Watkins is the CEO of inSHAPE Fitness and inMOTION Exercise on Demand. Kim and her team focus on functional fitness that positively impacts the quality of one's life. They work with clients in their homes, companies, via Skype/Google Hangout, and online radio/podcasts. Kim is the voice of inMOTION Workouts. She is certified as a Personal Trainer and as a Pre/Post Natal Coach through the American Council on Exercise, and she is a certified distance running coach via the Road Runners Club of America. With certificates in nutritional counseling from ACE, physiology from Duke University and exercise prescription from Harvard Medical School, Kim works hard to keep a fresh perspective as exercise evolves.
