Equipment free and no nonsense, Chamber Fitness is a total body session that you can do in the privacy of your bedroom, living room, or office. You don’t even need the shoes on your feet or fancy workout clothes.
Warm up with a Postural Systems Check, with attention to a straight back, open chest, activated tummy muscles, and equal distribution of body weight on both legs and feet.
Circuit #1 (complete twice, 30 seconds each exercise, each set)
Circuit #2 (complete twice, 30 seconds each exercise, each set)
Bent Knee Toe Taps (lying on the back with legs in the air)
Hip Bridge Dips
IT Band Stretch (knee hug then drop both legs to one side, keeping shoulders flat)
Circuit #3 (complete twice, 30 seconds each exercise, each set)
Forward Reach (split 30 sec into 15 per leg)
