Holidays are a time for celebration, and most of us spent the last couple of weeks with loved ones. Casual conversations in my family almost always gravitate to exercise and nutrition (probably no surprise there). This year, however, I was really surprised by the number of times people mentioned the stiffness, achyness, and otherwise painful condition of their backs.
